Monthly Payment Option:
Monthly customers if your payment is more then 10 days late, there will be a $5 late fee added to your account. We currently are using the honor system to let you pay the fee. Please click here or the late payment link to pay the rental payment with the fee included. If you choose not to pay the fee, you will be receiving a phone call before the next billing cycle to to receive payment.
You can make a payment online at your convenience, or you can call the shop at 616-451-4960 during business hours and make a payment over the phone or discuss other payment options.
Guarneri House will offer a refund for all eligible customers.
Monthly Customers: Return the instrument before the next billing cycle and you will not be billed, and the contract will be discontinued.
Yearly Customers: Return the instrument at anytime and you will be given a pro-rated refund back within 30 days of returning the instrument.
Any shipping costs of instruments back to Guarneri will be covered by customer.
